Located in the beautiful hills of South Tirol, this hotel offers stunning views of the Alps. the spacious, comfortable rooms with balconies were amazing. the outdoor terrace and park were perfect for relaxing and the pools were clean and well-maintained. the indoor pool's jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for adults. the hotel chef's delicious Italian dishes and the wine collection made every meal enjoyable.
The hotel's elevator was very slow and it was quite frustrating to wait for it to arrive. the internet connection could be improved and often didn't work well in the rooms.
